By booking, purchasing, or registering for any design service provided by REBEL ERA STUDIOS (“REBEL ERA STUDIOS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms, together with your applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, questionnaire, and/or booking confirmation, form the agreement between REBEL ERA STUDIOS and the Client.
01 — SERVICES
REBEL ERA STUDIOS provides creative design and brand services including, but not limited to:
The exact services, deliverables, timeline, and investment included in your project will be outlined on the applicable service page, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
02 — WEBSITE IN A DAY
Website in a Day is an intensive, collaborative design experience intended to complete the agreed-upon website scope within one dedicated design day.
Depending on the package purchased, your Website in a Day may include:
The exact number of pages, deliverables, revisions, and included services will be stated on the applicable sales page or proposal at the time of purchase.
Website in a Day is a collaborative experience. It is not intended to include unlimited revisions, unlimited design requests, extensive copywriting, or a complete redesign of the original project direction.
03 — WEBSITE IN A WEEK
Website in a Week is a focused website design experience completed within the agreed project timeframe.
Depending on the package purchased, the service may include:
Your individual proposal or service description will determine the specific deliverables included in your project.
The project timeline begins once all required client materials, access, and payments have been received.
04 — BRAND DESIGN SERVICES
Brand design services may include brand strategy, visual identity, typography, color palettes, logos, creative direction, and other brand assets depending on the service purchased.
The exact deliverables included in your package will be outlined before the project begins.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS does not guarantee that a particular branding concept will be selected or that every initial concept will be used in the final brand identity.
Unused concepts and preliminary design directions remain the intellectual property of REBEL ERA STUDIOS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
05 — FEES + PAYMENT
Your total project investment and payment schedule will be communicated before your project begins.
Depending on the service, you may have the option to:
Pay in full; or
Select an approved payment plan.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to pay the full project investment according to the agreed payment schedule.
A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription and may not be cancelled simply because you no longer wish to continue the project.
All payments are processed through the payment method selected at checkout or provided through your invoice.
06 — NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
Because REBEL ERA STUDIOS reserves dedicated creative time for each client, payments made toward custom services are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed upon in writing.
This includes deposits, booking fees, and payments made toward a project.
Once your project date or production time has been reserved, that time is no longer available to another client.
If you choose to cancel your project, previously paid amounts will not automatically be refunded.
You remain responsible for any outstanding balance for work already completed or obligations established under your payment agreement.
07 — LATE OR MISSED PAYMENTS
If a payment is late or declined, REBEL ERA STUDIOS reserves the right to:
Pause work.
Withhold deliverables.
Reschedule project work.
Suspend access to project materials.
Terminate the project if the account remains unpaid.
Work will resume once the account has been brought current and a new timeline has been established, if necessary.
If an unpaid balance remains outstanding, REBEL ERA STUDIOS may pursue collection of the balance through lawful means.
08 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Your project is a collaboration.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS is responsible for the creative work outlined in your agreement. You are responsible for providing the information, content, assets, access, and feedback required for us to complete that work.
You agree to provide requested materials by the deadlines communicated to you.
This may include:
Website copy
Brand assets
Logos
Photos
Testimonials
Service information
Pricing
Links
Social media links
Lead magnets or freebies
Domain information
Showit access
Other required website content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any content, photographs, fonts, graphics, testimonials, or other materials you provide.
09 — WEBSITE IN A DAY: REQUIRED MATERIALS
For Website in a Day, all required materials must be submitted before your scheduled design day unless otherwise agreed upon.
At minimum, you may be required to have:
Your selected Showit template, if applicable.
An active Showit subscription.
Your domain purchased and available.
Your website copy prepared and finalized.
Your photos and visual assets ready.
Your brand assets ready.
Testimonials you want included.
External links you want included.
Lead magnets or freebies prepared, if applicable.
Legal pages prepared, if applicable.
Required Showit access or share key provided.
Any other materials specifically requested before the project.
If required materials are missing, incomplete, or significantly delayed, REBEL ERA STUDIOS may be unable to complete or launch the website within the scheduled intensive.
10 — CLIENT COMMUNICATION
For intensive services such as Website in a Day, you agree to remain reasonably available during the scheduled project day.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS may need clarification, approval, or decisions while working on your website.
If we are waiting for your response, your project may be paused or the design direction may need to move forward without your input.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate clearly throughout your project, but we cannot guarantee that every requested change can be completed if feedback is delayed.
For the smoothest experience, please plan to keep your design day as open and interruption-free as possible.
11 — PROJECT TIMELINES
Your project timeline depends on timely communication, content delivery, approvals, and payment.
If you do not provide requested materials or feedback on time, your project may be delayed.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by:
Client delays
Missing content
Late feedback
Missed meetings
Payment issues
Third-party platforms
Technical difficulties outside our control
Emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If a project is delayed substantially, a new timeline may need to be established.
12 — REVISIONS
Your project includes the number of revisions specified in your individual service agreement or sales page.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to an existing design direction.
A revision does not include:
Starting the design over.
Requesting an entirely different creative direction.
Adding new pages outside the agreed scope.
Adding new deliverables.
Rebranding after approval.
Rewriting website copy.
Replacing an entire design system.
Additional work may be quoted separately.
Once a deliverable has been approved, additional changes may incur additional fees.
13 — RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens.
For intensive services, REBEL ERA STUDIOS may allow one reschedule when requested within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
Rescheduling requests made with insufficient notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or loss of the originally reserved project date.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking.
14 — CLIENT DELAYS + ABANDONED PROJECTS
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required materials for an extended period, REBEL ERA STUDIOS may consider the project inactive or abandoned.
If this happens:
Previously paid fees remain non-refundable.
Your original project timeline may no longer be available.
A new project date may need to be scheduled.
Additional fees may apply to restart the project.
Outstanding balances remain due.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before closing an inactive project.
15 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
REBEL ERA STUDIOS retains ownership of its original creative systems, methods, processes, templates, frameworks, concepts, and unused design directions.
Once your project has been paid in full, you receive the rights necessary to use your final approved website and brand deliverables for your own business.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:
Resell our designs.
Redistribute our designs.
Turn our custom work into a template.
Create competing products from our designs.
Claim REBEL ERA STUDIOS' proprietary systems or templates as your own.
Sell or sublicense REBEL ERA STUDIOS intellectual property.
Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
16 — TEMPLATE-BASED DESIGN
If your project includes a REBEL ERA STUDIOS Showit template, the template remains subject to the applicable Template License Terms.
Customization of a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying template to the Client.
You may use the customized website for your own business, but you may not extract, resell, redistribute, or repurpose the underlying template as a standalone product.
17 — CLIENT CONTENT
All client-provided content remains the property of the Client.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Photos
Written copy
Logos
Brand assets
Testimonials
Business information
Original graphics
You grant REBEL ERA STUDIOS permission to use these materials solely as reasonably necessary to perform the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use all materials provided to us.
18 — PORTFOLIO + MARKETING
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant REBEL ERA STUDIOS permission to showcase completed work created for you for portfolio, marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
This may include:
Your website
Website screenshots
Brand identity
Before-and-after imagery
Project mockups
Your business name
Your business website URL
We will not intentionally publish private or confidential information that is not publicly available.
If your project requires confidentiality, please discuss this with us before booking.
19 — CONFIDENTIALITY
REBEL ERA STUDIOS understands that clients may share confidential business information during a project.
We agree to use reasonable care in protecting confidential information and will not intentionally disclose confidential information except when:
Necessary to perform the agreed services.
Authorized by the Client.
Required by law.
The information is already publicly available.
The information was independently developed or obtained from another lawful source.
20 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Your project may rely on third-party platforms such as Showit, domain registrars, email marketing platforms, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other software.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, functionality, or compatibility.
You are responsible for maintaining subscriptions, licenses, accounts, domains, hosting, and other third-party services required for your website or business.
21 — LEGAL + WEBSITE COMPLIANCE
REBEL ERA STUDIOS provides design and creative services, not legal advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your website and business comply with applicable laws and regulations.
This may include:
Privacy requirements
Accessibility requirements
Cookie policies
Terms & Conditions
Advertising disclosures
Copyright
Trademark requirements
Industry-specific regulations
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney for legal questions regarding your business or website.
22 — NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
REBEL ERA STUDIOS does not guarantee specific business results.
We cannot guarantee:
A specific number of sales.
A specific number of leads.
Increased revenue.
Increased website traffic.
Search engine rankings.
Social media growth.
Conversion rates.
Any particular business outcome.
Your results depend on factors outside of our control, including your offer, audience, pricing, marketing, messaging, sales process, and implementation.
23 — INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
REBEL ERA STUDIOS is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of the Client.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS maintains control over the methods, processes, tools, and resources used to perform the agreed services.
24 — TERMINATION
Either party may request to terminate the working relationship subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
REBEL ERA STUDIOS may terminate a project if:
Payments remain unpaid.
The Client materially breaches these Terms.
The Client repeatedly fails to communicate.
The working relationship becomes inappropriate, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable.
Circumstances arise that make completion of the project unreasonable or impossible.
If REBEL ERA STUDIOS terminates a project, any refund will be determined based on the work completed, payments received, and applicable agreement.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.
25 — CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact REBEL ERA STUDIOS so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with documentation showing the applicable purchase, agreement, payment history, and fulfillment of services.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
26 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REBEL ERA STUDIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REBEL ERA STUDIOS' total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
27 — FORCE MAJEURE
REBEL ERA STUDIOS will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, internet or power outages, platform failures, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resume services as soon as reasonably possible.
28 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION + GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute directly.
Any formal dispute will be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Minnesota unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.
29 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
30 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with your applicable proposal, invoice, questionnaire, service description, and/or signed agreement, constitute the entire agreement between REBEL ERA STUDIOS and the Client regarding the applicable services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that specific project.
31 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
REBEL ERA STUDIOS reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on our website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
Updates will not retroactively modify the material terms of an already-signed agreement unless otherwise permitted by law.
32 — AGREEMENT
By booking or purchasing a REBEL ERA STUDIOS service, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to the scope and requirements of your selected service.
You understand that service payments are generally non-refundable.
You understand your responsibilities as the Client.
You understand the communication and timeline requirements.
You agree to the intellectual property and licensing terms.
You agree to the payment terms associated with your service.
You understand that REBEL ERA STUDIOS does not guarantee specific business results.
Your booking is your agreement to these Terms.

The exact number of pages, deliverables, revisions, and included services will be stated on the applicable sales page or proposal at the time of purchase.
Website in a Day is a collaborative experience. It is not intended to include unlimited revisions, unlimited design requests, extensive copywriting, or a complete redesign of the original project direction.

If REBEL ERA STUDIOS terminates a project, any refund will be determined based on the work completed, payments received, and applicable agreement.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.
25 — CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact REBEL ERA STUDIOS so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with documentation showing the applicable purchase, agreement, payment history, and fulfillment of services.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
26 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REBEL ERA STUDIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REBEL ERA STUDIOS' total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
27 — FORCE MAJEURE
REBEL ERA STUDIOS will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, internet or power outages, platform failures, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resume services as soon as reasonably possible.
28 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION + GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute directly.
Any formal dispute will be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Minnesota unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.
29 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
30 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with your applicable proposal, invoice, questionnaire, service description, and/or signed agreement, constitute the entire agreement between REBEL ERA STUDIOS and the Client regarding the applicable services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that specific project.
31 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
REBEL ERA STUDIOS reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on our website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
Updates will not retroactively modify the material terms of an already-signed agreement unless otherwise permitted by law.
32 — AGREEMENT
By booking or purchasing a REBEL ERA STUDIOS service, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to the scope and requirements of your selected service.
You understand that service payments are generally non-refundable.
You understand your responsibilities as the Client.
You understand the communication and timeline requirements.
You agree to the intellectual property and licensing terms.
You agree to the payment terms associated with your service.
You understand that REBEL ERA STUDIOS does not guarantee specific business results.
Your booking is your agreement to these Terms.
